good experience! For this reason, a foundational element of my practice is establishing a safe and comfortable environment which is ideal for those who may feel apprehensive or are new to the therapeutic process. I aim for a relaxed, client-focused approach that is rooted in building a strong and trusting relationship and I am genuinely interested in learning your story.<\/p><p><br \/>In addition to counselling therapy, I have twelve years of experience working in the mental health field with a diverse range of clientele, particularly youth, marginalized, and vulnerable populations. I have run several clinical youth groups and have worked in emergency temporary care homes. This helped me learn effective mainstream psychology and led me to explore some modalities outside of traditional therapy that focus on all the elements of life and systems that shape our individualism.
