With a background as a former elite soccer player, I understand the unique pressures athletes face. Sports can shape identity, fuel goals, and foster incredible growth—but they can also come with challenges that require effective strategies and support. Life outside of sports can be just as complex and everyone deserves a space to feel heard.
My approach is rooted in creating a comfortable, judgment-free environment where we can work together to explore your goals, navigate obstacles, and uncover your strengths. More about my approach: Our goal is to work together and explore the thoughts and beliefs that may be contributing to not-so-good feelings. Using techniques rooted in CBT, we’ll uncover and address patterns of thinking that might feel unhelpful. Our work will focus on three key areas: understanding cognitive distortions, challenging and reframing thoughts that keep us feeling stuck.
