Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from yourself? You’re not alone—and you don’t have to navigate it alone either. I’m a trauma-informed therapist with certifications in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TF-CBT) and Polyvagal Theory. I work with teens and adults to help them build emotional resilience, reconnect with their bodies, and move toward healing—at their own pace, and on their own terms.
My approach is grounded in both compassion and science. I hold a Master of Social Work from the University of Toronto and an MBA from Saint Mary’s University, and I bring both clinical and real-world experience to the therapy room. Therapy with me is a collaborative process.
Whether you’re processing trauma, navigating high stress, or simply trying to feel more like yourself again, I provide a safe, supportive space to help you explore your experiences and grow through them. You deserve to feel safe, heard, and hopeful for your future. I’d be honoured to support you on your journey.
